What equipment do families usually need for a resident's room?

Do I need to coordinate with the facility staff?
No — that's on us to keep simple. Tell us the facility name and your preferred timing, and we'll schedule delivery with you.
Is the rental month to month?
Yes. Rentals are month to month — keep the equipment as long as your loved one needs it. When it is no longer needed, we arrange pickup.
Does insurance cover equipment in a facility room?
Many of our items can be insurance-billed, and we verify Medicaid and managed-care coverage for you. See our insurance page for the plans we work with, or call us and we will check.
What happens if my parent moves rooms or leaves the facility?
Just call us. We can arrange pickup or redelivery — rentals are flexible month to month.
Do you set everything up, or just drop it off?
We set it up. Delivery includes assembly and setup in the room, and we confirm everything is working before we leave.
